Motivational Monday

Hi friends! Welcome to another Motivational Monday! Did you find something inspiring last week? I sure did! I hope you all are having a fun and safe holiday weekend, too! I seriously can’t BELIEVE  today is Sept. 1st. Ah! When I looked at the 7 day forecast for this week, it was all in the mid 70’s. Don’t get me wrong, that’s the perfect temperature. But, it means summer is slowly slipping away. Sad day. Time to prepare myself for colder weather. My favorite part though; scarves and boots will soon be wearable again! Yay!

I’m looking forward to see what you all have been working on!

What have I been up to? Well, last week I was thrilled to be a part of the Tour Through Blogland that’s been going around! I also painted some great candle holders with chalk paint to use on my entry table. I love how they turned out!

This DIY Antler String Art by Carisa from Messes to Memories is fabulous!! I love the rustic feel to it and how she outlined the antlers by wrapping more string around the edges so they really stand out. I have a string art project planned to do soon, and Carisa’s antler string art totally gave me some motivation to get going on it! Thank you so much for sharing, Carisa!
