I like wreaths. I also like to make a new wreath every year for each season, which leaves me with 2,641 wreaths in my garage not being used. Oops! What can I say, I like the change it up a bit every few months! I’ve been wanting a summery wreath on my door for awhile now, but just wasn’t feeling my creative juices flowing just the way I wanted.
I was in a thrift store a few weeks ago, looking around in the fabric area. I happened to notice a ton of embroidery wreaths hanging in all different sizes. I starred at it for awhile, trying to think of something I could do with it, and BINGO! A new wreath! The price made it even better; $.25 for the smaller one and $.50 for the big one! I figured I could spare $.75 for the sake of a cute new wreath, so they came home with me. I’m sharing the result of this thrift store purchase and my embroidery hoop wreath over at Juggling Act Mama today, and you can pop on over here to check out the tutorial! It will literally take you 15 minutes to make. Who doesn’t love a quick craft?!
Have you used any embroidery wreaths in a craft other than what they are intended for? The possibilities are endless!
Have a great rest of the week!

Thank you, Samantha! I saw that fabric at Joann’s and knew it had to be mine! Ha! ๐
Oh, I just adore this wreath and added it to my wreath pin folder! I try to make a new wreath every season, too, and need to get back into that. I have a ton of wreaths in my storage area of my basement, too! lol! I love embroidery hoops, so of course I love this wreath!
