Oh hey there! Happy hump day!
So, I just have to start off with a confession.
I’m the slowest person EVER at getting a big project done. Like, ever.
There, I said it.
I’ve been wanting to redo my bathroom for forever now, and I’ve slowly been getting things done (emphasis on sloooowwwwly). And by getting things done, I mean still in the planning stages of what color paint I want. That counts, right? And, I have been scouring Pinterest for more ideas. Which, if I’m being honest, is actually making it harder for me to get anything done in the bathroom because I can’t. make. a. decision. on. anything. It’s ridiculous.
Did I also mention I’m the most indecisive person in the world?
Truth.
Anyway, one good thing from doing all kinds of bathroom “research” is I get to put together all my findings in fun collections such as this one! This week I focused on looking at what kind of shelving I want to add in above our toilet. There are some super cute ideas out there, and I didn’t want to hoard them all; so I’m sharing them with you! If you’re in need of some space-saving bathroom shelving ideas, you’re bound to find something you love in the following 15 pretty pictures!
Enjoy, my friends!
Which one is your favorite? I can’t decide (go figure)! π
Enjoy the rest of your week!
(I link up at these fun parties!)
I LOVE that first one! We currently have some Ikea shelves over our guest toilet that the previous owners left. They aren’t really my style, I can’t wait to change them out!

Me too, Amanda!! I love the industrial look, it’s so pretty! I hope you find some inspiration for your own bathroom! Have a great rest of the week. π
I think bathrooms are the HARDEST room to finish up… because, I have been working on our master one for over a year. And, I really need to wrap it up so I can start on our hallway bathroom, because I like so much what I’ve done with our master. Sigh. I love all of these shelf ideas, I need to pin this for inspiration for my next bathroom redo! lol!

Ha! I’m right there with you, Carrie!! I just need to make a decision on what I want, and GO for it! All these shelves are super cute though, I’m having trouble choosing one I like!! π So. many. choices.
I love the first ones Amanda! So many great ones! I think I’d be verrrry good competition for you for taking a long time to do a big project! Haha! Have a wonderful Easter, friend! Enjoy your time with your family!

Me too, Kendra!! I think the second one is my favorite and I’m leaning towards doing something similar. π Ha! I’m sooo slow, it’s terrible. I’m hoping to kick it into gear here real soon! π Happy Easter to you too, my friend!! π
Brilliant! I love the floating thick wood shelves look π And I could always use more space in the bathroom! Great inspiration π

I love those, too!! I wish we actually HAD the tools to make them look really cool and floating. But, I might have to settle for non floating. Bummer, but I think it’ll still be cute! π
My bathroom could really use one of these storage solutions! Something falls out of the cabinet every time I open it… oy. Thanks for sharing your research!

Ha! My guest bath vanity is just like that, too! We’re obviously in desperate need of some shelving… and a lot more. π Thanks for stopping by! Have a great rest of the week!
What beautiful and inspiring ideas! I am like you, incredibly slow to make changes, even necessary ones. We have one lonely shelf in our very overcrowded master bathroom. It’s one of the cheapo floating shelves that were very popular about 10 years ago! Love the crate and basket ideas, those might be to my DIY ability level.

I hear you, Danielle! I really need to kick it up a notch and get a move on! π Our bathroom desperately needs shelves, too! I really love the crate idea too, such a unique way to display towels and such! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hi, Amanda ~ I’m visiting from the One Project at a Time Link Party. I love this round-up! I’ve been wanting to make some changes in my bathrooms (like put shelves above the toilet), so this post is perfect. :0) I’m also super slow and indecisive, so I probably won’t move on this for another couple months. Oh, well, I’ll find something to keep me busy in the meantime. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you, Tiffany! I’m so glad you came by to visit! I don’t know why I’m so indecisive, but I’m really hoping sharing all this inspiration will help me get my read in gear! π I hope it can help inspire you, too! Have a fabulous week!
Oh my gosh, I get so overwhelmed with so many beautiful choices! I love the wood shelves near the bathtub. The wood coloring is gorgeous and goes perfectly with the tub colors!
I agree, Kim! There are SO many beautiful choices; it really doesn’t help my indecisiveness. π I love the wood color, too. I only wish I had a tub! Hope you’re having a great week!
These are all great ideas! At first I thought that I liked the industrial shelving best from Better Homes and Gardens, but after going through and looking at them all again. It’s really hard to pick, I love them all.

Amanda, do you or anyone know what stain was used on the restoration hardware inspired shelves? 7thβs website is down and I have more shelves to make and canβt figure out what stain I used on the others.
Hi Stephanie, I’m so sorry for the super slow response! I’m not sure about the stain, unfortunately it’d be on the original website, I’m sorry!
